"Jan 10th I decided enough was enough. I stepped on the scale knowing full well what it was gonna tell me. I had gotten to a point where I didn't have any energy, my clothes were tight and my overall outlook was gloomy. After I read 198.8 lbs, I decided I had to make changes to my life. I had been told over and over i needed to lose weight, but I have learned that I am the ONLY one who can make that decision for myself. Jan 10th I made that decision. With the knowledge I had and help from Jill Spencer Buchert from Ideal You Fitness. I started my journey. My journey has had some bumps, but not many. I have made the commitment to being in better shape and healthier. So today when I weighed in I was 176.4. 22.4 lbs lost in 2 months. Clothes fit better, energy is 1000 times better and my outlook is great. I still have 16.4 lbs to go to get to my goal. I will keep trying one day at a time. I hope this helps somebody out there who is thinking of making that decision for themselves."
